He is equipped with a slightly weaker version of NCR Ranger Combat Armor, a cattleprod, and a 10mm pistol
This is my first companion so he may not be totally balanced
I tried to shoot for underpowered if anything so players who enjoy a challenge can have him tag along without feeling overpowered
