Various Custom Weapon Patches for Immersive Fallout Realistic Recoil

[/b][/size]It kind of bothered me that weapons with their own aim model didn't get the realistic recoil treatment.
[size=3][b]From the mod's description (emphasis mine):[/b][/size]

That just wasn't enough for me.  So i created patches for the custom weapon mods I use.  I originally just edited the main file for personal use only, but decided to release them in patch form for anybody who wanted them.

[b]I will take requests for more weapons, as there are so many i have no idea where to go from here.  As I discover more weapons I'll add them to the list.[/b]  Advice & testing would be appreciated as the values I used were just guesswork based on what little i know about weapons, so if if any of them need changing let me know.

In the archive each patch is its own file, I may add a FOMOD installer later, but for now I would just drop them in the overwrite directory in MO2 or however it's done in Vortex.

No Grassias

[b]DESCRIPTION[/b]

This mod is meant to be used in conjuction with mods like Landscape Fixes For Grass Mods. If you are using Landscape Fixes For Grass Mods, you still need this mod. Landscape Fixes For Grass Mods only have patches for the more popular mods and doesn't cover newer mods or less popular mods. It does have the Generic Grass Limiter, which does the same thing as No Grassias, but No Grassias covers more land textures. No Grassias fixes issues by returning land textures to their vanilla state. It doesn't alter textures that have grass. This means that areas that are suppose to have grass will still be full of grass, but areas such as settlements, caves, clearings, and roads will be less overgrown. This mod doesn't fix grass issues caused by high grass density or tall grass. You still need Landscape Fixes For Grass Mods for that. This mod can be added or removed at any time.


[b]REQUIREMENTS[/b]

A grass mod that adds grass to nongrass land textures. This mod won't have any benefit for grass mods that don't adds grass to nongrass land textures.


[b]INSTALLATION AND USAGE[/b]

Add the contents of archive to the Data directory manually or with a mod manager. Place this after the grass mod in the load order. Enable the mod and play.

It is best to start off using NoGrassias.esp. If this doesn't fix the issue, try NoGrassias Extended. If this doesn't fix the issue, try NoGrassias Ultimate. If this still doesn't fix the issue, you'll have to use Landscape Fixes For Grass Mods. If that doesn't fix the issue, you'll need a custom patch. Use only one No Grassias esp.

The ITMs are needed. Do not clean this mod.

There are a lot of confusion about esl and mod limits, so here is a brief summary.
There are a total of 256 slots in the game. This is the case with Morrowind and Oblivion as well. Of the 256 slots, one is reserved for the ess file. This leaves 255 slots for esm/esp files. 255 is the esm/esp limit, not the mod limit. Some mods do not take up any slots. The five official masters are part of the game and shouldn't be consider mods. Therefore, the esm/esp mod limit is actually 250. It has often been stated that esl and esl flaged esp files do not take up a slot. That is incorrect. Using one or more esl or esl flaged esp files will reduce the 255 esm/esp slot limit to 254. This is a very good tradeoff.

Honestly, I just tried to mess with some stuff and use some textures to spruce up my caves and was thinking maybe somebody else will like it too.  This is my first mod, but like I said maybe somebody else will like these and give them a go and enjoy them.  All of the textures are in 4K aside from the cave moss which is in 2K, and I honestly don't even know where it's used so maybe it shouldn't even be in there.  Also, there is an optional file for a blank texture for the cave roots in case you want to zap them like I did.  Parallax files are also included.

[size=3]Hi ! This mod is an esp replacer of [url=https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21548]X Special[/url] by [url=https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/users/29413235?tab=user+files&BH=1]KingDemise[/url].

You still need to install the original mod to get its script (and to endorse if you appreciate it), then install mine. It will overwrite the original esp  with an esp flagged esl so don't worry about plugin limits.

It adds a chem, the X-Special, that spawn in boss loot container (those containers like streamer trunk that are placed at the end of a dungeon usually). This chem grants you one perk point on use but also reduce all your special by -2 for 1 IRL hour (so you might not want to use it immediatly after picking it but wait to be in a settlement).

Theses chest also respawns so if a radiant quest takes you back to a location you had already visited you might find another X-Special.

Responsive Steering

From the beginning, in the Chevrolet CK1500, I felt something was weird with the steering.

Playing with an xbox360 pad, I couldn't steer a little. Moving the stick slightly was not making the car slightly turning and pressing it too much was driving it into a drift or spin. So I ended up doing spikes in my steering, giving small but strong hits to get small steering moves and constantly correcting.

And what acted on the Chevy became more obvious with bigger trucks : slight stick moves was not acting before I stayed on this position long enough and then the truck was over-acting running into drift.

So I tried a few parameters before finding the most obvious : Responsiveness.

And all of a sudden, eveything became smooth and clean.
No more lag or dead-zone effect, no more spikes needed to do slight steering adjustments, a very small stick moves was translating into a very gentle truck direction adjustement. I could now drive long gentle curves keeping my finger pushing very slowly on the stick without over-reactions of the trucks. It was so much enjoyable and particulary with heavy trailers on road where steering must be as soft as possible. Night and day.

So this mod corrects responsiveness of each truck and as there's a file per truck, you can correct one or all the trucks you want. As I said I play the game with a pad and I wonder if this would suit or improve driving with a wheel. I would be interested if wheel drivers could report their experience.

In my case, I really enjoy the game at a higher level. I hope you will too.

I'm aware there is another mod that adds bound tools, but i prefer this meshes.

Description from oldrim:

Adds bound versions of utility tools so you don't have to haul them around. Uses modified in game art.

Contains:
- Bound Pickaxe
- Bound Woodcutter's Axe

Spell tomes can be found in Dragonsreach near Farengar.



Note: there is misc file for those who use Simple Bound Weapons Expansion. If you use both you can hide their esp, as it will only work with meshes from there.
Use only one file.
This file ALSO REQUIRES: legacy of the dragonborn, immersive sounds collection and audio overhaul.

For this file i also provide a patch for Better Spell Learning and Vokrii -> this patches DONT work with the main file.

SAVAGE CREATURES FIX – a mod by symurgy65

Several Fighters Guild quests – “The Desolate Mine”, “The Master's Son”, “Trolls of Forsaken Mine” and “The Stone of St. Alessia” – feature “savage” variants of regular creatures. These beasties (goblins, ogres, trolls and a minotaur) have one thing in common – they don't respawn.

This isn't a problem with the goblins in Desolate Mine, as you need a key to access their lair. It's open season on the others, however, allowing you to clear out the dungeons without joining the Fighters Guild. If you do join the Guild later those quests are going to be pretty anticlimactic. Even worse, the lack of opposition can make nonsense of some quest dialogue and journal entries.

This mod simply allows the minotaur, ogres and trolls (including those in Swampy Cave) to respawn. It also adds dead trolls to the upper section of Forsaken Mine – if you take the time to read Viranus Donton's journal he says trolls were killed here. They'll be enabled along with the dead NPCs when the relevant quest begins (see screenshot).

In addition, the statistics for several other quest-related ogres have been corrected. The Pale Pass and Redguard Valley Ogre Cavebosses have Grand souls (they were previously Common), and the Redguard Valley Ogre Chieftain has the correct Health and Fatigue multipliers (26 and 20 instead of 20 and 250).

The same goes for trolls. The toughest of the Kalperklan trolls now has the highest Strength and Speed, and the next toughest has the same Intelligence and Luck as the others. Changes to minotaurs are relatively minor, most notably a drastic reduction in Willpower for the weaker Minotaurs of the Grove.

all preston/settlement shit is disable(also not raid able), it have a fake interior(you hear rain inside), lights don't shine true the walls/windows(light box)
all workbenches are present and connected, no border so you have to find out yourself how far you can build :P

Bandage skin retexture

Alright, so by the nature of how this mod works, it's something of a DIY kind of mod. (It's not super-complicated, but it's not quite plug-and-play either.)

See, in order to change the skin-texture like this, the player-character must be a unique race (otherwise everyone's skin gets replaced with bandages). However, I'm nowhere near the kind of level that would make me comfortable with making custom-races, so that isn't part of this mod.

My suggestion (and the way that I personally have it set up) is to use [url=https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8720]Custom Races[/url], and then copy-paste the skin-files of this mod onto the custom-race of your choice.

From there, it really is just plug-and-play, though be aware that the bandages will look different depending on your chosen skin-color (due to them technically being a skin-texture).

Beyond that, as you can see from the "nude" screenshot, the face will inevitably look weird. This is just how it is.


[size=4]DIY-folder:[/size]

In the DIY-folder I've included the base-texture I used to create the skin-texture, in case you want to play around with it. (It's originally made from a slice from the Ragged Cap, with an outer-glow added in Photoshop, then layered on top of itself into a square of bandage-like texture.)

Also included are two psd-files that contain two retextures of [url=https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/13551]Face Masks of Skyrim[/url], and [url=https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/13551]Blindfolds of Skyrim[/url] (which is what I'm wearing in the "clothed" screenshots). I've done it this way because I don't feel comfortable releasing a "direct" retexture of other mods without their mod-author's clear permission, but all you really need to do is save those files as dds and overwrite the texture on those mods in order to get it to work.

Again, note that I haven't asked for permission for including these (because I'm lazy and dislike talking to people), and if the mod-authors want me to remove them, then I will. But (as shown in the DIY-screenshots) all I really did to create them was to copy-paste the Arm Bandages texture on top of everything that had a texture so it's not exactly hard to replicate on your own.
